## Public URL route (for anything handed to another AI)
- [stated] His public folder is `http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/`, served by `/opt/launchwatch/serve.py` from `/opt/launchwatch/pub`; any file written into a subfolder there is instantly a public link with no login.
- [stated] Route: build the file in the container, gzip plus base64, send over the Mac bridge by ssh in chunks under about 12 KB, decode on the droplet into the pub folder, verify with curl from the container that it returns 200 and the md5 matches. Publish data files the same way and have the document link to them, so ONE url carries everything.
- [stated] Receipt (19 Sep 2026): "I'm handing these things over to a different AI. What is the easiest way? I can't download them. I need to manually click copy."

## API efficiency (free and paid)
- [stated] 30 Sep 2026: "Make sure you use free sources or limited APIs in an effective and efficient way." Asked to remember it.
- [stated] Receipts: a 72-call loop burned the whole $79 FomoScan month in 75 calls (19 Sep). On 30 Sep an SI seller check lost ~15 min to silent DexScreener/Jupiter 403s (no User-Agent), throttled public-RPC getTransaction loops, pricing all 15k dust mints, and a Dune call made with zero credits (402).
- [stated] Pattern that worked: re-check holders with 1 balance call + 1 signature call per wallet, fetch tx detail only for wallets whose balance dropped (holdcheck.py, 30 Sep).

## Every limited or paid source Ben uses, and the rule for each (30 Sep 2026)
Paid:
- [stated] FomoScan Starter, $79/mo, 250k CU, ~3,000 CU (~$0.95) per identity call. Only via `fsk.py`; batch/leaderboard endpoints only; cache identity forever. Detail in [[fomoscan-api]].
- [stated] GMGN Plus, $30/mo, ~20 req/s leaky bucket (weights: rank 1, kline 2, trenches 3). A 429 ban EXTENDS on every retry (5s up to 5 min), and the whole droplet IP shares one ban. Never retry-loop; space manual probes ~8s. Key at `/opt/common/gmgn_key`. Detail in [[gmgn-auto-trading]], [[trench-model]].
- [stated] twitterapi.io, pay per use (~$0.15 per 1,000 tweets). Returns HTTP 402 when credits run out (the X feed went dark 3h on it). Paginate only while needed; one query per question.
- [stated] Dune, owned key, credit based (medium 10 credits, large 20, information_schema ~9). Returned 402 (out of credits) on 30 Sep. Check credits first, reuse query 8562361, never for a single live number.
- [stated] purealpha.app PRO, login-walled, Mac Chrome bridge only.
Free but limited:
- [stated] Solana public RPC: `getTokenLargestAccounts` 429s instantly (never use); `getTransaction` throttles hard in loops, so fetch tx detail only for wallets whose balance moved. Use Jupiter `datapi.jup.ag/v1/holders/{mint}` for top holders instead.
- [stated] DexScreener: ~300 req/min, batch `tokens/v1/{chain}/{30 addrs}`, needs a browser User-Agent or silently 403s.
- [stated] Jupiter price v3 (50 ids per call) and datapi: need a browser User-Agent.
- [stated] GeckoTerminal: ~30 req/min; pool trades endpoint gives the last 300 trades with a min-USD filter (good cheap seller tape).
- [stated] Blockscout (Robinhood Chain): intermittent 403, browser User-Agent plus 0.3s gap. Robinhood RPC: 403 without a browser User-Agent.
- [stated] fomo.family: API blocked from the container (430), Mac bridge only. YouTube transcripts: Mac only.
- [stated] LunarCrush (MCP): interactions slope and active contributors only.
- [stated] Birdeye Data Services (bds.birdeye.so): logged in as benkorsa@gmail.com in Chrome, free Standard package, 30k compute units per month, 0 used as of 1 Oct 2026. No API key saved yet. Small quota, spend only on what free sources cannot give.
- [stated] Helius and Arkham: NOT logged in in Chrome as of 1 Oct 2026 (login pages shown), no known keys.

## Wallet hunts
- [stated] Two traps: (1) if an EARLIER post already named the token, a later "before" match is worthless, so check the whole post cluster; (2) on a copy-trading venue a mirror account reproduces the caller's entire basket, so portfolio overlap is NOT identity evidence, only lead time is. Receipt: the @apebender hunt shipped a wallet whose ALLINU buy was 8 minutes AFTER the post.

## Other receipts
- [stated] Draft-voice rule receipt (23 Sep): a coaching client replied "i lol'd a little at how much AI was in your msg, it has all the hallmarks of standard AI structure copywriting."
- [stated] Brevity rule receipt: the SEC / Ondo / LONG answers drifted to 30-plus bullets with wide tables.
- [stated] Feature-exists rule receipt: reported GMGN's launch board does not carry pons_v2 after testing four parameters; the right one was `launchpad_platform`.
- [stated] Verdict-after-lookup receipt: called a skipped PERKS buy "a real miss"; the whole coin was worth $4,570 and his position 27 cents.
- [stated] Alert-when-broken receipt: the X caller feed was dark three hours on an HTTP 402 while systemd said active.
