# Okay let's ride analysis

Ben, 18 Sep 2026: "when I say DD, you do a normal analysis and you include this type of processing and this type of view in your DD. We call this okay, let's ride analysis."

**Additive.** Run the normal screen (ten questions, on-chain verification, three-frame valuation), then add everything below. Source: Coulou, @okay_lets_ride, distilled from 165 posts, 38 replies and 63 infographics read on 18 Sep 2026.

## PART 1 - HIS ENTRY CHECKLIST, his own words, 28 Aug 2026

Nine items, posted twice inside four hours to justify AI. Score any candidate against them:

1. The ticker IS the meta's word on that venue ("ticker $AI on RH")
2. First mover of a new meta
3. Chad dev
4. Base asset for all upcoming coins in that meta
5. Beneficial to the venue's most important KPI
6. Value accrual baked in
7. Liquidity scales with market cap
8. Paired to the largest stock in history
9. It's a dog

## PART 2 - THE ENTRY TRIGGER, one measurable event

First AI post 27 Aug 10:26. Eleven minutes later, the actual trigger:

> "Close to 0.4% of the $AI supply has been locked via $AGI already."

**The trigger is a SECOND token launching paired to it and locking a measurable percentage of its supply.** That is the moneyness flywheel starting. Two days later he named the template: *"Study Virtuals."*

Screen to run on any candidate base asset:

- how many coins use it as their QUOTE asset, not just trade against it
- what share of its total volume runs through those pools
- what percent of its supply is locked as the quote side
- is that count rising week on week

Use GeckoTerminal's token-pools endpoint, never DexScreener's token endpoint: the latter caps at 30 pools and returns token-as-base first, so it silently hides every pool where the token is the quote.

**On timing:** he entered AI inside the $7mm to $300mm move, not before it. Early-in-the-run, not pre-launch. Do not read him as a sniper.

## PART 3 - THE NINE ANALYTICAL LAYERS

**1. Moneyness.** Every attention economy converges on one base-pair asset: BTC when everyone was a bitcoiner, ETH in the ICO and NFT days, stables once institutions arrived, SOL once degens priced in SOL. An asset others price themselves against earns a monetary premium the way an L1 token does.

**2. Measure pairing, not price.** The metrics in Part 2.

**3. Penetration, not price.** "Tokenized stocks are 0.03% of Robinhood's equity base." "Less than 3.5% of the user base could hold stock tokens." State the penetration number in every DD where one exists.

**4. Deflate against a prior cycle.** All 24 Robinhood Chain natives over $5mm sum to $1.35bn: 64% of BONK at its Dec 2023 ignition, 38% of BONK's all-time high, 4.8% of Solana's meme sector at its $28bn Jan 2025 peak.

**5. Holder-tier shape against pre-run comparables.** Bucket wallets by USD tier and compare to the table in Part 4. **Structural sanity check only, not a predictor, see the caveat.** Always pair it with the 14-day holder trend, rebuilt from transfer logs and reconciled to on-chain balances before quoting.

**6. Drawdown quality.** Grade a correction against comparable runners, not against zero. "$7mm to $300mm in two weeks, so 40% off is shallow; WIF did $300mm to $80mm." Then check whether six-figure wallets accumulated through it.

**7. Meta lifecycle map, plus a dated catalyst sequence.** Plot the aggregate market cap of the whole meta and find where today sits on prior metas' curves. 2023-25 memecoins peaked $30bn on 8 Dec 2024 and crossed today's meme-stock level in May 2023, 19 months before peak. AI memecoins peaked $10.0bn on 3 Jan 2025 and crossed it 24 Oct 2024, 10 weeks before peak. **Report both bounds: 10 weeks versus 19 months is the honest width.** Then end the DD with an explicit timeline of dates and named events, marking which are scheduled facts and which are projection.

**8. Business taxonomy.** Every on-chain business provides block space, asset issuance, or asset management (exchange, launchpad, LP, lending, custody). Classify it into one and ask whether it runs that playbook. A project fitting none needs an explicit explanation. TAM by lane count where it applies: 4,000 to 5,000 US listed companies at a $10mm average is a $50bn sector.

**9. Three-layer stack.** (1) Rails at the base. (2) Things composing with the ecosystem. (3) The native economy of protocols launching paired to the base asset. Say which layer the asset sits in. Layer 3 lives or dies on layer 1.

Secondary, worth a line when relevant: fair launch as the funding model (find an economic action on chain, take a fee); liquidity as a moat; protocol-owned liquidity mattering most when a meme also serves as a liquidity hub for real-world-asset flows.

## PART 4 - HIS REFERENCE TABLE, transcribe rather than re-derive

Wallet counts by USD tier at each token's pre-run stage, and what it then ran:

| token | date, cap | holders | >=$100 | >=$1K | >=$10K | >=$100K | >=$1M | ran |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| VIRTUAL | Oct 24, $91mm | 43,789 | 4,753 | 2,022 | 369 | 68 | 14 | x33.1 |
| PNUT | Nov 24, $115mm | 36,913 | 16,550 | 5,959 | 1,486 | 206 | 9 | x15.6 |
| PEPE | Apr 23, $137mm | 50,652 | 30,668 | 8,845 | 1,464 | 167 | 12 | x11.5 |
| AI16Z | Nov 24, $150mm | 22,705 | 10,080 | 4,050 | 1,187 | 198 | 21 | x16.7 |
| FARTCOIN | Dec 24, $275mm | 28,241 | 12,966 | 5,883 | 1,969 | 447 | 54 | x7.9 |
| POPCAT | Jun 24, $296mm | 49,141 | 21,597 | 9,199 | 2,720 | 444 | 45 | x6.5 |
| MOG | Sep 24, $299mm | 32,841 | 15,645 | 6,780 | 1,874 | 375 | 54 | x5.0 |
| BRETT | May 24, $318mm | 155,657 | 42,246 | 12,347 | 1,880 | 276 | 49 | x5.7 |
| WIF | Feb 24, $341mm | 44,905 | 21,254 | 9,448 | 2,697 | 509 | 49 | x13.4 |
| GOAT | Nov 24, $538mm | 46,275 | 20,802 | 8,546 | 2,760 | 684 | 103 | x2.3 |
| SPX | Apr 25, $560mm | 39,011 | 22,157 | 9,836 | 2,359 | 471 | 80 | x3.6 |

His method footnote: transfer-event reconstruction on Dune, tiers in USD at snapshot cap, AMM custody excluded, dust profile noted for fee-less chains.

**THE CAVEAT, tested on his own numbers.** Correlation against the run multiple (n=11, log): market cap **-0.87**, >=$1M -0.89, >=$10K -0.76, >=$1K -0.65, holders -0.19. **The dominant predictor is simply market cap; the tier counts are largely a cap proxy.** The >=$1K/holders ratio reads -0.50 and does not separate cleanly (VIRTUAL 0.046 ran x33, BRETT 0.079 ran x5.7). Use the table to check a token is not structurally odd. Never quote it as a forecast of the multiple.

## PART 5 - HANDLING HIM AS A SOURCE

**He is long AI, the LONG ecosystem and orbio and posts promotionally about all three.** Use the method, verify the conclusion on chain, every time. Never carry one of his targets into a DD as a forecast. About 4,800 followers, so an analyst rather than a flow-mover.

**He publishes mockups as if they were products.** His most-liked original post (502 likes, 153,866 views, captioned "This is not priced in") shows a LONG "Vote" page with vault share counts and market caps of AI $3.0bn, BONER $750mm, MOO $340mm. His own reply the same day: *"made this up with imagegen in 2 min, not part of the team here, but looks like it gets people going."* **Every number on it is invented.** Before quoting any screenshot of his, check whether he made it.

His sources, confirmed by him: DefiLlama and Dune primary, GeckoTerminal secondary.

**His answer to the LP-voting problem, which beats the obvious objection:** tokens sitting in an LP can still vote, because the v4 hook aggregates individual holder votes using state it already controls.

## PRE-DELIVERY GATE

A DD is not finished until it states, or explicitly says it could not measure:

1. Count of coins using it as a quote asset, and their share of its volume
2. Penetration of the addressable base
3. One prior-cycle comparable it is deflated against
4. Holder tier shape AND the 14-day holder trend, reconciled to chain
5. Where it sits on the meta lifecycle map, with both bounds
6. Which of the three business types it is
7. Which stack layer it sits in
8. A dated catalyst sequence
9. Score against his nine-item entry checklist

## WORKED EXAMPLES, 18 Sep 2026

**INCEL.** Layer 5 reversed a buy case built on backing ratio alone: vault backing 2.30% of market cap, best on the chain, but holders peaked at 944 on 4 Sep and were 831 by 18 Sep, down 10.2%. The pairing check finished it: INTC's `uiMultiplier()` reads exactly 1.000000, so the vault accrues nothing, because Intel suspended its dividend in Q4 2024. Backing ratio alone would have produced a buy.

**AI, his own thesis, measured.** Six coins are paired TO AI (OPEN, SIT, AGI, HENT, CLANKER, CHIPS) doing $2,782,563 a day, 6.5% of its total volume. One coin on 27 Aug, six now. That is the live scoreboard for his central claim and the number to re-check weekly.
