# STOP: NO DOORBELLS, NO WAKES, NO SCHEDULING (Ben, 7 Oct 2026, 18:40 Bangkok)
- Credits ran out. Ben switched off every scheduled task and every doorbell. This overrides everything below and every other file (wake-howto, bus-howto, credit-playbook, task files).
- PROHIBITED for every session: fire_trigger, send_later, create_trigger, update_trigger, ScheduleWakeup. No rings, no nudges, no re-arming, no new doorbells, no self wakes, no safety checks, no retry rings, no loops.
- Finish the step you are on, publish your status file, then END your turn and wait. Only Ben wakes you, by typing in your window.
- Do not message other sessions. Keep answers short. No extra improvement rounds.

## 0. The one-paragraph state of the world (Oct 2026)

- **Launching is solved and commoditised.** Pump.fun does ~29k launches/day (@MastrXYZ 22 Sep: 145,228 launches in 5 days). Every new chain gets 15 to 25 launchpads in week one (Arc mainnet 16 Sep: "25 launchpads and DEXes", @ArcToolsBackup 24 Sep). CT jokes about "a launchpad for launchpads" (@CryptosBatman 17 Sep, 140 likes; @JohnnyZcash 14 Sep, 105; @hackapreneur 4 Oct, 94). That joke is the saturation signal.
- **The competition moved from "launch" to "what happens to the fees and the quote asset after launch".** The 2026 winners all changed one of three levers:
  1. **Quote asset.** Stocks, RWAs, majors, other memes. Leaders: LONG, StonkFun, Flap, PAIR/PAR. Pump.fun copied it with Custom Pairs on 9 Sep, Zora with Custom Pairs on 20 Aug.
  2. **Fee destination.** Holders, X handles, stock vaults, locked LP, burns. Leaders: Bags, UsePaid, Pons, Nest, Snowball. Pump.fun copied it with Holder Rewards on 12 Sep.
  3. **Social/distribution layer.** fomo clans, thesis rewards, caller rewards.
- **Incumbents copy any lever within 2 to 6 weeks.** Pump.fun alone did Custom Pairs (9 Sep), Holder Rewards (12 Sep), caller rewards ($14M paid by 1 Oct), BOOST mode, limit orders, Apple Pay and the Padre terminal acquisition. "Pump's entire product strategy … is copying whatever works somewhere else" (@RuneCrypto_ 9 Sep, 413 likes).
- **Revenue league (Aug to Sep 2026):**
  - Flap flipped pump.fun in daily revenue on 1 Aug ($1.18M, The Defiant).
  - StonkFun out-earned pump.fun over 7 days ($8.43M vs $8.09M, @solana_sailor 24 Sep).
  - Pons beat pump.fun in daily fees from late August (airdropalert).
  - Take rate is the hidden variable. Post-bond platform cut: pump 0.05%, Pons 0.3%, StonkFun 1% (@Chairman_DN 15 Sep, 222 likes).

## 1. Fine-grained categories

Format: **id**, definition | business model | token role | examples (chain) | maturity

### A. Launch venues (how a coin is born)

1. **pad.curve_classic**: fixed-supply meme on a constant-product virtual curve, graduates to an AMM at a cap.
   - Model: 1% swap fee, graduation fee, own DEX fees after migration.
   - Token: platform token bought back (PUMP ~50% of revenue) or none.
   - Examples: pump.fun (SOL), bonk.fun (SOL), four.meme (BSC), Pons V1/V2 (RH), Raydium LaunchLab (SOL), Let Him Cook (Arc).
   - Maturity: **saturated**.
2. **pad.no_curve_locked_pool**: one transaction deploys the token plus a single-sided or full-range pool with LP locked forever. No curve, no migration.
   - Model: 0 to 0.3% LP fee, sometimes compounded into the lock.
   - Token: often none (UNI proxy for pools.trade) or a pad token with fee burn.
   - Examples: pools.trade by Uniswap (RH; 0.25% fee compounds into the locked position, ~50% of RH launch volume on day one, airdropalert); Anypad (RH); Tolly and Bullcheese (Arc, "whole supply into one position above spot", @Bullcheese_fun 16 Sep); nearly.fun (NEAR, @SneakyGems 27 Sep); Clanker (Base).
   - Maturity: **saturated**.
3. **pad.dex_native_sdk**: curve-as-a-service from a DEX, with independent fronts built on it.

## 2. Claimed differentiators: cosmetic vs meaningful

| Claim | Verdict | Why |
|---|---|---|
| "New bonding curve / dynamic bonding" | COSMETIC | Curve shape barely changes outcomes; bundlers adapt within days. |
| "First launchpad on <new chain>" | COSMETIC | Arc had 25 by day 8. First-mover lasts weeks (Noxa led RH, then paused 11 Jul and died). |
| "Fees go to holders" | COSMETIC since 12 Sep | Pump.fun default now. Only meaningful if paid in a scarce or non-native asset with a verifiable push. |
| "Stock-paired" | COSMETIC since 9 Sep | Pump.fun, Zora, Flap, StonkFun, LONG, PAIR, bul.fun all have it. Meaningful only with a NEW quote class or real share of the underlying's float (LONG's 20 to 40% circulating-supply capture is a moat). |
| "Pay holders in stock X" | COSMETIC | Asset swap of the same machine. |
| "Holders vote or choose the reward asset" | COSMETIC | UI layer on the same machine. |
| "Fees to any X handle" | COSMETIC | Bags did it in 2025. |
| "Fees to X handle, paid in fiat via X Money, no wallet" | MEANINGFUL but FRAGILE | New user: the non-crypto recipient. Proved demand ($1.5M in about 10 days) and proved platform risk (cut off within 2 weeks). |
| "Buyback and burn of pad token" | COSMETIC | Table stakes. The meaningful number is the take rate times real volume. |
| "Anti-snipe decaying tax" | COSMETIC | Whitelist bypass exploit is known. |
| "Uniform price / batch / CCA for memes" | MEANINGFUL | Removes the speed race structurally. Unproven for meme demand. |
| "One coin, many chains at parity" | MEANINGFUL if it holds the peg | Past twins drifted and lost money. |
| "Leveraged or pre-IPO pairs" | MEANINGFUL | New exposure retail cannot get elsewhere on-chain (LongX/Lighter). Still a thin experiment. |
| "Hook marketplace / custom hooks" | MEANINGFUL as infra, COSMETIC per coin | Routing leak: if the rule is only in one v4 pool, volume routes around it. INDEX: over 90% of volume went to an untaxed v3 pool (@coinerhit 3 Sep). |
| "Burn-to-redeem reserve" | MEANINGFUL | Hard floor, real backing ratio readable on chain. |
| "Fees welded into locked LP" | Mildly meaningful | Deeper exit liquidity. No direct holder return. |
| "Clans / social" | MEANINGFUL for distribution | Clans moved real volume and created status games. Every app copies within weeks. |
| "Copy trading" | COSMETIC | Commodity. Being paid to post theses poisons the signal. |
| "AI launches it / AI agent coin" | Mostly COSMETIC | Unless the agent has a verifiable income loop (F309, F322). |
| "Launch prediction market" | MEANINGFUL | Lets people short a launch, which bonding curves cannot do (@wdytfun 2 Oct). Tiny so far. |
| "Fee share to referrers / callers" | COSMETIC | pump.fun and fomo already pay callers. |
| "No tax, no presale, fair launch" | COSMETIC | Default wording, not a feature. |

## 3. Current limits (what does not work, and why)

1. **Bundles and insiders are unsolved.** Same-block wallet farms, whitelisted anti-snipe bypass (@thedarkwolfdev 28 Sep) and "dusted famous wallet" cards (Alon dust).
   - Why: account abstraction and cheap wallets make Sybils free, and no chain has native proof-of-unique-buyer.
   - Asked: "for the past 2 yrs everybody has complained … bundles, farms, rugs, vamps" (@Saint10Fourteen 18 Aug, 286 likes).
2. **Hook-only mechanics leak.** A tax or reward enforced in one v4 pool is bypassed through any other pool or aggregator. INDEX 3% hook: ~$6M/day untaxed v3 vs ~$0.8M/day taxed v4 (@coinerhit 3 Sep).
   - Why: ERC-20 transfers are permissionless. Only token-level transfer hooks fix this, and those break DEX compatibility.
3. **Creator-fee extraction and misaligned devs.** A dev can promise community fees and still extract (@Naeven_ 29 Sep, 259 likes). LONG had to remove the 1% creator fee because deployers dumped and blocked CTOs (@Natan_benish 10 Sep).
   - Why: fees create a farm-launch business. Pump.fun's own co-founder said creator fees "skewed incentives toward low-risk coin creation" (Jan 2026, The Block).
4. **Platform take is invisible.** StonkFun takes 1% post-bond, 20x pump's 0.05% (@Chairman_DN 15 Sep). Pad-token value depends on the trenches paying that tax.
   - Asked: "a launchpad that brings money into the trenches instead of sending fees out" (@Corey_Ape 1 Oct). Pump.fun's BOOST mode answers this ($30M reinjected in 30 days, 22 Aug).
5. **Stock-pair depeg and legal ambiguity.** RH Stock Tokens are debt securities of Robinhood Assets (Jersey) (@lianshangpixiu 6 Sep). Memes trade 24/7 while the stock is closed. Reward claims and redemption rights are unclear (Cobo, 4 Sep). Thin quote pools amplify moves.
6. **Fiat fee rails can be shut off.** UsePaid lost X Money in under 2 weeks (29 Sep). ACH did not clear on weekends (@StarPlatinum_ 29 Sep).
7. **Retention.** Coins die after migration. "Why hold a coin when there's another 10,000 pairs launching tomorrow?" (@SolidTradesz 14 Sep, 277 likes). Holder rewards exist explicitly to keep charts alive (@sandraaasol 13 Sep).
8. **Copy and social trading is adversarial.** KOLs use followers as exit liquidity (@GordonGekko 24 Sep, 594 likes). Paid theses (@FoxyhitsW 13 Sep). "copytrade me at your own risk" (@theunipcs 29 Sep, 3,370 likes).
9. **Gas and infra on new chains.** HyperEVM swaps cost about $18 at peak (@alex_hunter20 24 Aug). The RH gas waiver ended about 29 Sep (airdropalert). Arc reception was "poor" (@thedefiedge 23 Sep).
10. **Twin and multichain parity.** Arbitrage needs bridges. Twin launches lost money before the band rule (F292).
11. **Verification.** Most RH pads are unaudited (par.family docs). Keeper keys control payout roots (Nest's root publisher is one Nest key; the claim delay is 5 minutes, not the advertised 24 h).

## 4. Gaps: what does not exist or barely exists

**Real demand (worth NOVEL AND SIGNIFICANT if done):**
- **Proof-of-distinct-buyer launch.** A Sybil-resistant fair launch using identity, World ID-type proofs or exchange KYC attestations. RH has a natural fit: Robinhood accounts are KYC'd.
  - Why missing: privacy, UX, and no attestation primitive on RH yet.
  - Demand: constant "no snipers, no bundles" promises (dozens of posts per week).
- **Token-level enforcement of hook rules across all pools.** A canonical-pool-only token, or transfer-gated routing, so taxes and rewards cannot be dodged.
  - Why missing: it breaks aggregators and listings.
- **Market-hours-aware stock pairs.** Pause, widen fees or mark-to-oracle when the underlying is closed.
  - Asked: @0x_ultra 2 Sep (264 likes), "coins can only be traded during US open hours". Parity hook (F197) is a partial attempt.
- **Real retail on-ramp from a broker to on-chain memes.** One tap from a Robinhood app balance to an RH meme.
  - Why missing: Robinhood policy and regulation. Vlad said memes are "pointless" (@jussy_world 5 Sep).
- **Shorting a launch / two-sided markets per coin.** wdyt.fun and F305 are first attempts. Pump has no short side.
- **Holder-quality or retention-weighted rewards that cannot be farmed.** Hold-time rewards exist but are gamed by wallet splitting.
- **Retrofit existing coins with new fee routing, plus formal CTO of abandoned tickers.** Asked: @bfresh 6 Sep (87 likes). Pons CTO applications and StockPools retro-pairing (F077) are partial.
- **Cross-chain one-price coin.** Asked: @0GAntD 13 Sep (96 likes). Unsolved.
- **Verifiable creator-fee commitments.** On-chain covenants that a dev's fees go where promised, so a promise is not trust. Hold-gated fees (F294) are partial.

**Nobody-cares or low demand:**
- Launchpad factories / launchpads for launchpads (a joke meta).
- Exotic quotes with no liquidity: GDP, fictional GTA stocks, sovereign bond memes.
- AI-built hook generators for retail; reward-asset voting variants.

---

## 5. What is coming (3 to 12 months)

**Regulation**
- SEC Order 34-106402 "Innovation Exemption" (17 Sep 2026) creates Tokenized Securities Venues and permissioned AMM pools for tokenized NMS stock.
- Expect a split: permissioned stock pools (KYC) vs permissionless meme-to-stock pairs. Possible pressure on stock-quoted memes on RH. Fertile ground for "compliant pairing" pads.

**Pump.fun**
- Already shipped: Custom Pairs (9 Sep), Holder Rewards (12 Sep), caller rewards, terminal (Padre), app with Apple Pay.
- Said to come: more "market-based adjustments" to fees (Jan 2026) and products built on pump (@a1lon9 26 Sep: "products launching on pumpfun … core driver").

**Zora**
- Custom Pairs across Base/SOL/RH/BNB; crosschain trading in the mobile app (18 to 22 Sep).
- Expect aggregation of every pad's coins in one consumer app.

**LONG (RH)**
- Community vault LP upgrade (2 Oct): aims to be "the liquidity backbone for tokenized stocks".
- LongX via Lighter: more leveraged and pre-IPO pairs.

**Pons**
- Pons app (waitlist since Aug), Pons profiles with PnL (3 Oct), CTO program, new quote assets (cbBTC, INDEX).

**Uniswap**
- CCA is in the web app (2026). Hook ecosystem passed $50B cumulative volume (@RobinHubHB 1 Sep).
- Expect CCA-based meme launches and hook marketplaces (Hookr, v4.fun).

**Flap / BNB**
- Binance listing funnel plus bStocks. Flap bBroker NFT vault (13 Aug), Lista yield vault for tax fees (3 Sep).
- Expect yield-bearing reward vaults and more stock catalog.

**Clanker v5**
- Post-launch liquidity adds and custody migration across Uniswap v4 and PancakeSwap (Jul 2026, audit in progress).

**Fiat payout rails**
- After the UsePaid block, expect Stripe/PayPal/X-compliant versions (F304 already routes to Stripe).

**New chains**
- Arc (Circle, live 16 Sep) and HyperEVM pads will clone RH and SOL mechanics, USDC-quoted by default.
- Monad aggregators are pitching protection against malicious hooks (@ThogardPvP 15 Sep).

## 6. What people are asking for (quotes)

- "Why don't someone build a launchpad that brings money into the trenches instead of sending fees out" (@Corey_Ape 1 Oct, 31 likes)
- "allow people to retrofit older coins … fee routing to buybacks/burns/LP/paying users out in the underlying asset … allow for CTOs of abandoned tickers … social login/gas abstraction" (@bfresh 6 Sep, 87 likes)
- "launchpad where coins can only be traded during US open hours … so things dont depeg" (@0x_ultra 2 Sep, 264 likes)
- "we need a launchpad that launches 2 of the same coins across chains and keeps them at parity" (@0GAntD 13 Sep, 96 likes)
- "this ain't the launchpad RH deserves … the greatest trading app ever made deserves a degen launchpad" (@ObitoCrypto 2 Sep, 185 likes)
- "Robinhood might be the reset. fewer launches, more distribution, real users" (@SolidTradesz 14 Sep, 277 likes)
- "Every memecoin launch is already a bet … On a bonding curve you can only bet one way" (@wdytfun 2 Oct, 63 likes)
- "the meta rn is using your followers as exit liquidity" (@GordonGekko 24 Sep, 594 likes)
- "they all want to extract in some way" on community-fee promises (@Naeven_ 29 Sep, 259 likes)
- "bundles, farms, rugs, vamps, nonstop pvp … everybody agrees the current system is fucked" (@Saint10Fourteen 18 Aug, 286 likes)
- Saturation signal: "launchpad founder. convinced the 47th token launcher will fix distribution. bonding curve described as 'novel mechanism design'" (@thenarrator 20 Aug, 236 likes)
- "Bags is live on Robinhood … share fees with any username on X, GitHub, TikTok, Kick" (@BagsApp 10 Sep): demand for fee-to-handle on RH was met by an outsider.
- Zora asking users what to add to Custom Pairs (@zora 30 Sep): pairing UX is still open.

## 7. Robinhood Chain relevance

**Already on RH (do not call these new):**
- Curve pads: Pons, Noxa (dead), hood.fun, Trensh.
- No-curve pads: pools.trade, Anypad, LONG/Doppler.
- Pair pads: PAIR, PAR, PAIREX forex, CME commodities, PRM penny-stock premium.
- Fee-vault and redirect pads: Nest (stock basket), Snowball (welded LP), Bags fee-sharing, Wire.
- Hook pads: Hookr, v4.fun, flaunch, feel.cash, Sinjoh.
- Anti-snipe: StonkBrokers decaying tax; Tick and epokepad batch pricing.
- CTO: Pons CTO applications.
- Social: fomo clans and dev tags (fomo is RH+SOL), clan.tech keys, Fomo Vaults/ETF, copy bots.
- Launch prediction: PolyFrog, graduation pools.
- Leverage: LongX NVDA3x and pre-IPO pairs.
- Reward and tax variants: dozens (F-log).

**Scale reference:**
- RH DEX record $989M/day (31 Aug, The Block); TVL $1.0 to 1.23B (Cobo, 4 Sep).
- Pons: 63% of RH launchpad volume, $400M day (3 Sep); 1% fee split 70/30; 31% PONS burned.
- LONG: $1.4B cumulative (15 Sep), ~9 to 20% of on-chain stock TVL.

**What fits RH specifically (where real novelty can still happen):**
1. Anything using **Robinhood-native assets nobody else has**: Stock Tokens with deep float capture, USDG, HOOD-account KYC.
2. **Market-hours and corporate-action-aware mechanics**: dividends, splits, earnings dates.
3. **Compliance-aware launches** under the SEC Innovation Exemption: permissioned pool plus permissionless meme wrapper.
4. **Broker-app distribution**: anything that could plausibly become a one-tap on-ramp.
5. **Liquidity backbone for stock tokens**: LONG's pitch. Memes as market makers for thin stock tokens is a real RH-only function.

**Poor fit / already done:** generic curve pads, generic stock pairs, generic holder rewards in a stock, generic X-handle fee routing.

---

## 8. Novelty test cues (seconds per check)

1. **Lever test.** Which lever does it change: (a) how the coin is born, (b) the quote asset, (c) where fees go, (d) who can trade and when, (e) the distribution/social layer?
   - If it only changes the curve shape, fee %, chain, or which stock is paid out: **NOT NOVEL**.
2. **Incumbent-default test.** Is the feature already a toggle on pump.fun (custom pairs, holder rewards, fee split, ownership transfer, caller rewards, limit orders), Bags (fee to handle, stock dividends), Zora (custom pairs, crosschain), or Pons (CTO, stock pairs)?
   - If yes: **NOT NOVEL**, regardless of "first on RH".
3. **F-log / known-lane hit.** Does the one-liner match a leaf in sections 1A to 1H above?
   - If it matches with only a parameter change (a different payout asset, a different decay time, a different vote): **NOVEL BUT INSIGNIFICANT**.
4. **Bypass test.** If the rule lives in one v4 hook or one pool, can a trader route around it via another pool, an aggregator or a plain transfer?
   - If yes, the mechanism is weaker than claimed; downgrade one level.
5. **Sybil test.** Does the anti-snipe or fair-launch claim survive one actor with 200 wallets and a whitelist?
   - Only uniform-price/batch or identity-based designs pass. Decaying taxes do not.
6. **Money-source test.** Where do rewards come from: new buyers' fees (circular), external real yield/revenue, or a reserve that can be redeemed?
   - Only external yield or a redeemable reserve (burn-to-redeem, backing ratio readable on chain) is a meaningful upgrade.
7. **New-user / new-asset test.** Does it reach a user crypto does not reach (non-wallet X Money recipients, KYC'd broker users) or a quote asset with real depth that was impossible before (leveraged/pre-IPO via perps)?
   - If yes, it is a candidate for **NOVEL AND SIGNIFICANT**. Then check fragility: does it depend on a third party who can shut it off (UsePaid/X Money)?
8. **Remove-a-limit test.** Does it remove a limit from section 3:
   - bundles via proof of unique buyer,
   - hook leakage via canonical pool,
   - 24/7 vs market hours,
   - creator extraction via enforced covenants,
   - cross-chain parity,
   - shorting launches?
   - Removing a real limit, if credible, makes it **SIGNIFICANT**.
9. **Who-pays-the-take test.** Read the take rate (base fee, creator tax, post-bond cut). A "holders win" pitch with 1%+ hidden pad take is cosmetic marketing.
10. **Deployed-vs-roadmap test.** Is the claimed mechanism in deployed bytecode or only on the site or roadmap? (Snowball's own token was not launched through its factory; Nest's "24 h delay" is 300 s.) Unverified means score it as if absent.
