# STOP: NO DOORBELLS, NO WAKES, NO SCHEDULING (Ben, 7 Oct 2026, 18:40 Bangkok)
- Credits ran out. Ben switched off every scheduled task and every doorbell. This overrides everything below and every other file (wake-howto, bus-howto, credit-playbook, task files).
- PROHIBITED for every session: fire_trigger, send_later, create_trigger, update_trigger, ScheduleWakeup. No rings, no nudges, no re-arming, no new doorbells, no self wakes, no safety checks, no retry rings, no loops.
- Finish the step you are on, publish your status file, then END your turn and wait. Only Ben wakes you, by typing in your window.
- Do not message other sessions. Keep answers short. No extra improvement rounds.

# Novelty rubric: first-minute judge for new coins and projects (v1, 4 Oct 2026)

Use with `map_v2.json` (293 categories, 17 groups). Input is what exists in the first minute: on-chain name and description, X bio, website text, the launch venue, and the nearest earlier projects (from the map's `examples`, the flag log, and the judge's own dated history). Output: one class, one score 0 to 3, the map category id, and one sentence naming the deciding fact.

---

## 1. The four classes

| Class | Meaning | Typical share on RH (Aug to Oct 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| **NONE** | A plain member of an existing category, or no difference is claimed at all. Most memes land here. | ~45% |
| **COSMETIC** | Claims a difference, but the difference is a rebrand, a new chain ("first on RH"), a small parameter change, a launchpad default switched on, a different reward or quote asset in the same machine, or a feature that was already common at the coin's timestamp. | ~40% |
| **NOVEL_MINOR** | A real new mechanism or a real new combination, but niche, a gimmick, unproven at the size that matters, or not aimed at a demanded problem. | ~12% |
| **NOVEL_SIGNIFICANT** | A real new mechanism or product that removes a known limit or serves a demanded gap (section 5) in a way that makes sense. The judge must name the gap. | ~3% |

Priors come from the 354 RH radar flags: the radar called all of them "new", and on replay roughly 80% are ports or parameter changes.

## 2. Significance score 0 to 3

| Score | Definition | Class it implies |
|---|---|---|
| 0 | Nothing new that a user could do yesterday and cannot do today. | NONE or COSMETIC |
| 1 | New mechanism or combination, but it changes no outcome a user cares about, or serves a gap nobody asked for (exotic quote asset, voting on reward asset, AI TV channel). | NOVEL_MINOR |
| 2 | Real mechanism aimed at a listed gap, but at least one of: roadmap or testnet only, fragile (depends on a switch someone else owns: X Money, Robinhood beacon, a CEX), copyable as a toggle in under 30 days, or no stated liquidity/payer source. | NOVEL_SIGNIFICANT (weak) |
| 3 | Deployed mechanism that removes a top-40 limit, OR brings a new user class or a new asset class with a credible price source and payer, AND is not a one-week copy job (needs data, integrations, risk engine, licence or distribution). | NOVEL_SIGNIFICANT (strong) |

Rule: NOVEL_SIGNIFICANT requires score 2 or 3 and a named gap from section 5. If you cannot name the gap in one line, it is NOVEL_MINOR at most.

## 3. Ordered decision steps (do them in this order, stop at the first verdict)

1. **Extract the claim.** Write one line: what it does, for whom, in which asset, and what it says is different. If no difference is claimed (pure meme, "community coin", "fair launch, no tax") → place it in a `meme_*` or plain category → **NONE**, score 0.
2. **Place it in the map.** Pick the nearest `map_v2` category. If two fit, pick the one whose definition matches the mechanism, not the theme (a dog coin that pays holders NVDA is `rewards_in_stock`, not `meme_animal_dog`).
3. **Commodity date check.** Is the claimed difference on the dated commodity list (section 6) with a date on or before the coin's first timestamp? → **COSMETIC**, score 0. Use the coin's own timestamp, never today's date.
4. **Cosmetic tests.** Run the chain swap, asset swap, parameter, toggle and rebrand tests (section 4, tests 1 to 6). Any hit and nothing else new → **COSMETIC**.
5. **Is the mechanism real?** Is the new part in deployed code or a live product, or only words on a site? Roadmap, waitlist, "coming soon", vague AI or buzzword stack → treat as unverified: at most **NOVEL_MINOR**, score at most 1 (or COSMETIC if the words describe nothing specific).
6. **Gap check.** Does the real new part hit a demanded gap (section 5), bring a new user class, or create a new asset class with a price source? No → **NOVEL_MINOR**, score 1.
7. **Viability check.** Run money source, bypass, sybil, legal-object and dependency tests (section 4, tests 7 to 14). Each failed test drops one point. If the score falls below 2 → **NOVEL_MINOR**.
8. **Score and write the sentence.** "NOVEL_SIGNIFICANT 3: first deployed session-aware liquidation for stock-collateral loans; gap G2 (weekend gap risk)."

Tie-breakers: when unsure between COSMETIC and NOVEL_MINOR, ask "could pump.fun, Pons or Bags ship this as a toggle in a week?" Yes → COSMETIC. When unsure between NOVEL_MINOR and NOVEL_SIGNIFICANT, ask "who exactly can now do what, that they could not do the day before?" If the answer is a real group with a real need → SIGNIFICANT.

---

## 4. The 20 most useful quick tests (merged from all nine research files)

Cosmetic detectors (any hit with nothing else new means COSMETIC):

1. **Chain swap.** Delete "on Robinhood Chain" / "first on RH". Does a named product already do it on Solana, Base, BSC, Ethereum or Hyperliquid? Yes → COSMETIC. Exception: the port uses an RH-only asset or surface (Stock Tokens with real float capture, USDG with Robinhood Earn, Robinhood Wallet distribution) in a way that changes the risk model or the user.
2. **Asset swap.** Delete the reward or quote asset ("pays holders in NVDA / copper / AI credits", "paired to TSLA / bonds / GTA stocks"). If the loop is unchanged → COSMETIC. If the payout asset was unreachable for that user before (inference credits redeemable at a listed price), at most NOVEL_MINOR.
3. **Parameter tweak.** Curve shape, fee %, decay time, payout interval, tax split, number of stocks, hold-time weight → COSMETIC.
4. **Incumbent toggle.** Is it a setting on pump.fun (custom pairs, holder rewards, fee split, ownership transfer, caller rewards, limit orders), Bags (fee to handle, stock dividends), Zora (custom pairs, crosschain), Pons (CTO, stock pairs, cbBTC/INDEX quotes), o1 (tax, CTO) or Flap (tax vaults, bStocks)? → COSMETIC.
5. **Rebrand dictionary.** "No-liquidation leverage" = long option. "Earn Traded Fund" = vault index. "Rising floor" = Baseline reserve token. "Seigniorage pegged to X" = Tomb. "AI rate switching" = rule-based allocator. "Strategy token" = fee-funded treasury. "Keys" = friend.tech. "Reflections" = 2021 tax token. "MEV protection" on a single FCFS sequencer = mostly marketing. Hit → COSMETIC.
6. **Rented stack.** Strip "uses GPT/Claude/OpenRouter/x402/ERC-8004/MCP/Chainlink/LayerZero/Railgun/v4 hooks". If nothing owned is left (own model, data, contract mechanism, hardware, distribution) → COSMETIC.

Viability detectors (each failure drops one significance point):

7. **Who pays?** Name the payer of every reward or yield: real borrowers, trader losses, funding, fees from external volume, a sponsor, a lab buying data, a merchant. If the only payer is new buyers of the same token → circular, cap at NOVEL_MINOR.
8. **Bypass.** If the rule lives in one v4 hook or one pool, can a trader route around it through another pool, an aggregator or a plain transfer? (INDEX: >90% of volume went to an untaxed v3 pool.) Yes → weaker than claimed.
9. **Sybil.** Does the fairness or anti-snipe claim survive one actor with 200 wallets, a whitelist and a creator waiver? Only uniform-price/batch, identity-based or immutable no-waiver designs pass. ($18.4M was extracted on RH by waived anti-snipe taxes.)
10. **Legal object.** RH Stock Tokens are offshore Jersey debt notes: no votes, dividends via multiplier, not for US persons, beacon with pause and adminBurn. Any claim of US retail access, real shareholder rights, issuer-paid stablecoin interest, or "SEC compliant" leverage on US stocks inside a permissionless pool is wrong or misleading → flag, not novelty.
11. **Dependency.** Does it need a switch someone else owns (X Money, X API, app store, Robinhood beacon, a CEX listing, a Hyperliquid stake)? Yes → fragile, drop one point (UsePaid lost X Money in under two weeks).
12. **Liquidity source.** Options, fixed rate, P2P, exotic derivatives, prediction markets and long-tail perps die without a named LP or counterparty source paid by a structural flow. Missing → drop one point.
13. **Oracle source.** Any lending, perps or settlement on memes or closed-market stocks must name its price source, manipulation guard and OI caps. Missing → drop one point.
14. **Copy time.** Could an incumbent ship it in under 30 days? (Custom pairs spread stonk.fun → pump in ~4 weeks; holder rewards in under 2 weeks.) Yes and no data or integration moat → cap at score 2.

Significance detectors (needed for NOVEL_SIGNIFICANT):

15. **Gap hit.** Does it remove a limit on the top-40 list (section 5) with a specific mechanism (feed, hook, settlement rule, custody proof, escrow, identity proof), not a slogan?
16. **New user.** Who can now do something they could not do before: non-crypto recipients, KYC'd broker users, US persons through a licensed route, AI agents with policy limits, traders who want to short a launch? Same trench traders plus new wrapper → not significant.
17. **New asset class.** Does it make tradable something with no on-chain representation (GPU-hour index, DRAM price, earnings figure, trader PnL, robot revenue meter) with a credible price source and settlement?
18. **Proof.** Deployed bytecode, verifier contract, audits, GitHub with real code, published redemption or usage numbers. Site-only claims count as absent (Nest's "24 h delay" was 300 s in code; Snowball's own token skipped its factory).
19. **Demand is real.** Search the problem phrase without the project's handle. Unaffiliated posts with 100+ likes = real. If only paid "yappers" describe the pain ("what caught my attention about @X", "GM CT"), the demand is manufactured.
20. **Revenue reality.** If the token's implied value is above ~1000x annualised on-chain revenue, or usage numbers are farmable counts (agent registrations, x402 payment counts, points), treat significance as unproven until real dollars show.

## 5. Top 40 demanded gaps (what NOVEL_SIGNIFICANT must point at)

Stock tokens and RWA (the RH-native core)
- **G1 Session-aware stock oracle**: weekend and after-hours fair value with confidence bands and halt propagation. Why: no reference price ~80% of the week; 70% of RH stock token volume is off-hours.
- **G2 Gap-safe liquidation** for stock-collateral loans and perps around the Monday open. Why: Morpho/Longbow stock markets grow; one gap can drain lenders.
- **G3 Corporate-action event feed** (splits, dividends, ex-dates, multiplier changes) usable by vaults, LPs and lenders. Why: multiplier changes emit no event; lenders cannot tell a split from a dividend.
- **G4 Securities lending and shorting of stock tokens** with recall. Why: perps are the only short route; idle stock float earns nothing.
- **G5 Stock-token portfolio margin** across spot, perps, options and loans. Why: separate risk engines waste capital.
- **G6 Cross-issuer fungibility** (Robinhood, Coinbase, xStocks, Ondo, Dinari same ticker). Why: fragmented liquidity, many SPY tokens.
- **G7 Rights plumbing**: pass-through voting and 1:1 redemption. Why: the "synthetic, no vote" attack (AMC CEO); Robinhood plans it, so third parties only win as tooling.
- **G8 US access via TSV permissioned pools** with ZK-KYC credentials. Why: Order 34-106402 opened it on 17 Sep 2026; only licensed venues can fill it.
- **G9 Pre-IPO with verifiable share custody**. Why: SpaceX token campaigns were cancelled for missing shares.
- **G10 Structured notes and options on stock tokens with real collateral and LPs**. Why: $500B TradFi notes market, almost nothing live on chain.

Trading, leverage and exits
- **G11 Leverage and shorts on long-tail memes and stock-paired memes** with manipulation-resistant oracles. Why: RH meme volume is huge and no major venue lists them.
- **G12 A short side for launches** (two-sided launch markets). Why: on a bonding curve you can only bet one way.
- **G13 Exit depth at size** for long-tail tokens (block trades, sealed bids, batch exits). Why: thin pools fail at size.
- **G14 Long-tail options with persistent liquidity**. Why: "the biggest missing unlock".
- **G15 Pro execution in consumer apps** (limit, TP/SL, transparent fees) where the incumbent has not shipped it. Why: top fomo complaint; low novelty once fomo ships it.

Fairness, trust and lifecycle
- **G16 Neutral, signer-verified trader and KOL reputation** with paid-promo and sell-into-followers detection. Why: strongest unaffiliated demand; venues are not neutral.
- **G17 Proof-of-distinct-buyer launches** (sybil resistance from identity or KYC attestations). Why: bundles and farms unsolved; Robinhood KYC is a natural anchor.
- **G18 Immutable, no-waiver launch parameters**. Why: Pons waivers ($18.4M) and pump's post-launch fee changes.
- **G19 Canonical-pool token enforcement** so hook taxes and rewards cannot be dodged. Why: hook rules leak to untaxed pools.
- **G20 Launch curation** that finds long-term coins among millions. Why: 2.88M memes in a month; Ansem's ask.
- **G21 Cross-chain one-price coins** enforced by mechanism. Why: memes fragment across 5 to 7 chains per meta.
- **G22 Verifiable creator-fee covenants**. Why: devs promise community fees and still extract.
- **G23 Graceful wind-down**: dead project treasury claimable pro rata by holders. Why: holders have no exit right.
- **G24 Revenue-verified token data**: on-chain revenue attestation tied to burns and valuation. Why: z500 at $175M FDV on $12/day.

Prediction markets
- **G25 Deterministic, automated resolution** for long-tail markets. Why: UMA disputes, mid-market rule changes, human resolution caps markets at ~700.
- **G26 PM derivatives and conditional markets**, capital-efficient margin. Why: "prediction markets don't have a derivatives venue yet".
- **G27 Markets on on-chain native events** (graduation, trader PnL, wallet behaviour) with contract-settled outcomes. Why: things Kalshi and Robinhood cannot list.

Security, privacy, identity
- **G28 Cross-chain deployer memory graph**. Why: one group ran 53 RH memes with 70 to 200 wallets each.
- **G29 Canonical chain and bridge authenticity in wallets, plus Stock Token admin-call alerts** (pause, adminBurn, beacon upgrade). Why: fake GIWA chain drained 767 ETH (Sep 2026); nobody monitors the beacon.
- **G30 Send safety at protocol level** (address poisoning, lookalikes). Why: repeated large losses.
- **G31 Reusable ZK-KYC** without data honeypots. Why: "OneKYC" ask; KYC leaks drive physical attacks.
- **G32 Compliant privacy for USDG and stock tokens** (view keys, association sets). Why: institutions and big traders want it; third-party wrappers collide with issuer freeze powers.
- **G33 Trader privacy against copy-traders and wallet trackers**. Why: public-wallet trench culture leaks every strategy.

AI agents
- **G34 Bounded agent loss**: on-chain spend caps, injection firewall, bonded agents with slashing or cover. Why: Bankr/Grok injection drained ~$175k.
- **G35 Verified agent and caller track records**. Why: agent credit and copy capital need it.
- **G36 Robinhood agent to RH chain bridge** with policy limits. Why: Robinhood Agents cannot touch crypto or the chain yet.
- **G37 Compute price exposure for retail** (GPU-hour index perps, redeemable inference credits). Why: CME lists GPU futures from Oct 2026; nothing on chain at retail size.

Payments and credit
- **G38 Under-collateralized or cash-flow credit with enforceable recourse** (retail, creators, agents, fee streams). Why: asked loudly; no on-chain enforcement.
- **G39 Spend or earn stocks without selling**: credit line against stock tokens at a card, merchant-funded stock-back rewards. Why: RH-native ask; generic "paid in stocks" tax coins do not count.
- **G40 Disputable stablecoin payments** (chargeback, escrow with arbiter as a rail). Why: commerce needs consumer protection.

Not on the list on purpose (noise or incumbent-owned): one more launchpad, one more agent launchpad, sleep-to-earn, metaverse land, meme-gas L3s, per-chain name services, quantum migration for retail, US stablecoin yield (Robinhood Earn owns it), single-stock perps for US users (barred), a "Robinhood Chain token" (none exists by design).

## 6. Dated commodity list (replay rule: commodity only from the date shown)

Rule of thumb: a feature becomes a commodity on the earlier of (a) the day a top-3 incumbent ships it as a default or toggle, or (b) the day the third independent live copy appears in the same market. Before that date the first instance can score; the second instance within a few weeks is COSMETIC (copy) unless it adds a new part. "Global" means across the major meme chains; "RH" means on Robinhood Chain. A feature common globally is COSMETIC on RH from its first RH port.

Not commodity as of 2 Oct 2026 (a first credible instance can still score): host-coin fixed share of child fees; spot-backed meme leverage pools (Recurve 1 Oct); NAV treasury share fed by game rake (NetNet); corporate-action LP hook; session-aware stock oracle; overnight-only LP; earnings-number markets; trader PnL derivatives; GPU index perps; refundable milestone escrow raises; quorum and unique-ticker pads; signer-verified trader reputation.

## 7. Robinhood-specific significance cues

Positive cues (raise significance when backed by a mechanism):
- Solves a structural Stock Token gap: closed-market pricing, open-gap liquidation, corporate actions, borrow/short supply, cross margin, redemption, voting, cross-issuer netting (G1 to G7).
- Uses an RH-only asset in a way that changes risk or users: real share of a stock token's float (LONG pairs held 20 to 40% of some underlyings' circulating tokens), USDG with Robinhood Earn, Robinhood KYC as a sybil anchor.
- Plugs into a Robinhood surface: Robinhood Wallet integration (like Arcus 1 Oct, Lighter), Legend, Agent Apps or Loops, Earn. This removes the main limit (onboarding) and counts as meaningful distribution.
- Pre-builds for announced Robinhood items with a credible path: TSV permissioned pools (30-day public notice is the starting gun), 1:1 redemption and voting via Say, 24/7 in-app trading, US perps, Robinhood Agents. Discount if Robinhood is likely to ship it itself (Earn precedent).
- Brings a new user class through a legal route: US persons via a named TSV or broker-dealer, institutions via permissioned pools, non-crypto app users.

Neutral cues (the chain's defaults, worth nothing by themselves): "24/7 stocks", "uses v4 hooks", "USDG quoted", "gasless" (Robinhood Wallet swaps are gasless through 31 Dec 2026), "agent-readable", "Chainlink-powered", "official partner" (only Uniswap, Morpho, Rialto, Lighter, Arcus, Chainlink, LayerZero, Alchemy, BitGo, Fireblocks, Virtuals and a few others are listed in Robinhood docs, and a listing is "not an endorsement").

Negative cues (fragility or scam signals):
- Any "Robinhood Chain token", "Robinhood airdrop" or "Robinhood-backed" claim not from @RobinhoodCrypto, @vladtenev or @JohannKerbrat. RH has no native token by design.
- Products that promise US users Stock Token exposure, votes or dividends without naming a TSV or licensed entity.
- Products that pool Stock Tokens without acknowledging pause, adminBurn and beacon upgrade risk (not a novelty penalty by itself, but caps significance at 2).
- Stock-named memes carry issuer trademark risk (AMC fight, Sep 2026).

## 8. Red flags of fake novelty

- **Roadmap only**: "coming soon", waitlist, testnet, "v2 will add". Score as if absent.
- **Vague AI**: "AI-powered", "AI picks", "autonomous agent", "AI senate" with no model, data, verification or loss bound. Rule-based logic called AI.
- **Buzzword stacks**: three or more of {AI, RWA, DePIN, ZK, privacy, agentic, x402, hooks, restaking, omnichain} in one sentence with no mechanism named.
- **Unverifiable scorecards**: "96% win rate", "closed 384 of 400 calls", "1M users" with no on-chain or app-store evidence; fomo claimed 2.5M users against ~32k profitable wallets.
- **Paid-shill demand**: dozens of near-identical threads, "what caught my attention about", points epochs, creator campaigns (TermiX, Vangrid, InterLink, Sleepagotchi patterns).
- **Exotic quote with no liquidity**: GDP, fictional stocks, sovereign bonds, toilet paper as quote assets.
- **"First" claims**: "first on RH", "first ever", "never existed on-chain" (check the map's examples and the flag log; usually taken).
- **Fairness slogans**: "no snipers, no bundles, fair launch" without immutable code, uniform pricing or identity.
- **Endorsement theatre**: "Vlad follows us", "official partner", logos from cdn.robinhood.com.
- **Revenue theatre**: buyback promises with no visible revenue or a hidden 1%+ platform take.
- **Narrative age**: joining a meta already called done by large accounts (tax tokens 21 Sep, z500, creator coins, InfoFi, shielded ordinals).
