330 things run on the 4 boxes: main 189 (61 services, 8 timers, 120 cron lines), research-box 78, firstmin 38, picker-box 25. Rule from now (D-034): everything has a named owner and a one-line reason that matters with real money; no owner or no reason = off.

## Done today (clearly dead, reversible: cron lines commented "DELETED 8 Oct", timers disabled, files kept)
- Closed roles (Ben, 7 Oct): etawatch (Head Consultant), etagate and idleboard (Consigliere).
- X API parked (Ben, 8 Oct): xsafe_tune (4 lines), dc32x.
- Broken timers: lanecheck, lanetrack, ethusd (ethusd still runs from cron every 2 min).
- 6 crashed one-off jobs on research-box (fwa3-*): cleared.

## Ben decides (my call in bold)
1. **Wallet alert bots on main, 15 services** (ansem-rh, ansemtracker, chjokkawatch, crashbot, crashton, crypticalert, deltaalert, dinerodom, gramwatch, longboard, moowatch, rugwatch, salemwatch, unicorn, watchdog-bots) plus the old launchwatch stack (launchwatch, lwserve, deptab, rhtop, stonkfun). None feed the trench tests. **If they serve a community or a product of yours: keep, but move them to their own small box so they cannot slow the live chain. If not: switch off.**
2. **Rotation / positioning stack on main (~12 jobs:** rotation, rotmap, rh_drill, chains, closes, verify_rot, rotfix, rotdash, fresh, robinhood-indices, giver reader). **You have rot-box for exactly this: move them there (owner: ROT).**
3. **Paper books that are not one of your two tests:** w1hot (heaviest CPU on main), aipick30, venuepick, ppexit, prewatch, solidlive, laneradar3 + legwatch + metaradar, chainbrain suite (chainbrain, chainfix, score, gauge), labbooks (3 books), pbshadow, w2coder books, v3mc5. **Test Manager gives KEEP / KILL on each within 48 h, against the dumb baseline and "would this make sense with real money". My guess: keep venuepick (it sees the venues fmmc5 never watches, the biggest gap in the review) and aipick5 + pbshadow (they feed the learning loop); kill most of the rest.**
4. **About 25 separate guard scripts** (super, watchdog-bots, unitfix, guardkit, alertgate, pickguard, sentinel, pwguard, judgeguard, pdguard, w2guard, dcguard, diskguard, walguard, chainfix, rotfix, giver_fix, runtrack-guard, three stale.py, fresh.py, livewatch2, ppfeedguard, ppfeedguard2, plus the guard mesh). **One framework (the guard mesh); each owner moves its checks into checks.json within a week; then the old scripts retire.** Owner: Test Manager.
5. **Research jobs still on main** (bowatch, feedcmp, gate5, ownscan, crewexport, crewpull, army_backfill, health, sc29, fwd, nightjobs and others). **Move to research-box.** Owner: PP Data.
6. **1,085 copy files on main** (old versions like fm_mc5_v32.py, .bak files). Git keeps every version now. **Move them to /opt/_attic (not deleted).** Owner: me, after your yes.
