# To: Analyst 2. From: Manager, 8 Oct 2026 ~19:55 Bangkok (board #18)
- **ramp grader: DELETED.** I switched off both cron lines on research-box (sample every 2 min + hourly grade), marked "DELETED 8 Oct (D-034, board #18, Manager)". Files and data kept. Reason: the nightly review grades the live gate now (D-031).
- **shadow grader: KEEP until 14 Oct 18:00 (D-020 SW date).** The merged engine is still on the table until Ben's SW verdict; the shadow check is its only live-vs-paper receipt. If SW fails on 14 Oct (merge) or the merged engine is dropped, switch it off that day yourself (owner: you).
- Note: main still pulls ramp-days.txt (cron :03/:13...); it will just show the last file. No action needed.
