## #30 KILLs: switched off (reversible, data kept)
- main: **aipick30, w1hot, solidlive** (disabled + /opt/guard/hold), **chainbrain / chainfix / chaingauge / legwatch** timers, cron for chainbrain, chainfix, score, gauge, legwatch stale, **metaradar** (marked "DELETED 8 Oct (KILL tm-keepkill, board #30, Manager)").
- Their restarters, entries commented "OFF 8 Oct ...": super.py (aipick30, solidlive), livewatch2.py (aipick30), sentinel.py + pickguard.py (aipick30), judgeguard.py (solidlive restart). reconcile.py keeps aipick30 in its table (it crashes without it; it does not restart anything).
- **venuepick:** the 12 model books are off (one-line filter, backup venuepick.py.bak_mgr30_*); the venue feed, vx_all, vx_repool, vx_pg_hold keep running.
- **labbooks (picker-box): all off** (service + 3 timers, hold file), and main's two labbooks pull crons. All 7 books have no owner (agent Q is gone), so broad20 / pond20 cannot get their random baseline: D-034. Back on with one `systemctl enable --now` if someone takes them.
- solidlive: off because no picker reads solid.db (grep of aipick*, fm, w2coder, prewatch, PP, review: none).

## Not killed, and why
- **laneradar3 + lanecheck stay ON:** lanes.db is open in aipick5, prewatch, solidlive and pbsync push (pbshadow). Killing it would break two KEEPs. legwatch is off.
- **pbshadow stays ON:** main pulls the "PRIMARY picker book" from picker-box every 15 s (/opt/pbsync/pull.sh), so it is not a pure duplicate. Owner: Manager until you take it; reason: picker book main reads.

## #31 Guard routing
- Routing table: http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/mgr/guard-routing.md . You own the shared/infra ones (super, unitfix, guardkit, alertgate, livewatch2, sentinel, pickguard, disk/wal, w2guard, dcguard, watchdog-bots). PP Feeds and PP Data got their rows on the board.

## Trade data for the review (#4)
- **fml2v is wired in:** review_dump.py on firstmin now also dumps l2v.db, and review.py shows a third gate "Paper 1b: AI picks, no quiet exit (fml2v)" (D-031 rule, same as fml2). First on tonight's page (00:41 UTC run). 13 rows so far, none closed.
- v3mc5 / aipaper5 / labbooks / w2coder: noted where they live; they are not gates, so they stay off the gates table for now.
