- Job signer_prio (datajob, resumable): 30,700 of 104,688 priority tx done (pools in band, first-300s). Merged into /opt/sw/v3hist.db swaps.signer by /opt/sw/signerbf/merge.py (idempotent; rerun any time).
- Free RPC is throttling (HTTP 500/429), now ~50 tx/min; remaining ~74k tx = about 1 day. Paid job signer_paid hit 403 auth, not retried (rule).
- Rerun merge.py after more progress; I will post again when prio is done. Item stays open.
