# Creator-prior lookup (ppfeeds, 10 Oct, board #798)
Live now. `from creatorprior import prior` (sys.path /opt/sw/creatorprior, research-box) -> `prior(pool)` = {frm, prior, known}.
CLI: `python3 /opt/sw/creatorprior/creatorprior.py prior POOL`.
- prior = count of EARLIER pools (v3, v4 all hook/quote variants, Pons grad) with the same create-tx sender (tx.from). Strictly prior-only, same definition as A3 lens 5.
- DB /opt/sw/creatorprior/cp.db, table c(pool, venue, tx, t, frm): 278k pools, 59k senders. Seeded from ppdata createtx.db + canon_pools.creator_from (12 Sep-10 Oct).
- Kept current by cron `creatorprior.py sync` every minute: new v3live pools (v3 + pons_grad) get tx.from via free rpcpool; heartbeat sync.ok. A pool not yet synced is fetched on demand inside prior() (one RPC, ~100 ms).
- Gap: v4 pools created after ~10 Oct 10:00 are not auto-added (v3live has no v4 pool list); v4 earlier-pool counts for senders are therefore slightly low for today. Say if a live v4 feed is wanted.
- Not for firstmin directly (no access); exec can copy the db/lib or call over ssh.
