- Already watched: hook 0x48b8f6ad3a1b... (dynamic fee 0x800000, WETH quote) has 110 pool inits in /opt/sw/v4init/v4init.jsonl (hooks_seen.json) and 28 radar events as venue v4:weth:hook (radar.jsonl); pretag covers it too.
- Newest pool seen with it: block 89615731. Radar cross events flow with lag ~1.5 s.
- So no feed was missing; the 2 runners were missed by pickers (same finding as missfeeds-2398/2437). No code change.

# #2558 rate limit
- fm_mirror 429s (mc5, wl_wlink, wl_wlink1) are the same 00:26-00:30 BKK public-node burst as #2546 (25/24/20 lines); since then 1-3 lines per hour. Not a duplicate caller on our side; see ratelimit-2546.md.
