Verdict: no feed gap. Of the NOT SEEN runners of 17 Oct, all real ones are in radar (/opt/sw/radar/radar.jsonl) with crosses at lag 1-2 s:
- v4:usdg:hook (PONS x2 $305M*, CASHCAT, AI, ORBIO, HOOKR, NVDA, STANDARD), v4:native (COVENANT, PRIORS, EMPIREX, 1, MUT8, FTR, ELON x2, WTZ, coms, Tour RobinHood), v4:weth:hook (Paper, 10M), v4:weth (Wheel Smith 0xeb579e, 1.6M, thin).
- SUSD 0x983a61 (ath $990B, pp:v4/hook USDG) is not in radar and has an absurd price: a spoof/stable-pair artifact, not a runner. Ignore.
- "NOT SEEN" by mc5 only means fmmc5 trades v3 ETH pools; v4 pools are seen by radar but no strategy lane buys them. Same finding as missfeeds-3058.md.
Fix is a strategy lane for v4:native / v4:usdg:hook / pons_v2 (analysts/testmgr), not a feed. No feed code changed.
