# Token name/symbol/supply/decimals + dupname in new-pool feeds (#268)
Done 9 Oct 19:36 UTC. Shared module research-box /opt/sw/tokmeta.py: one Multicall3 aggregate3 eth_call per pool (free rpcpool, ~0.13 s), name/symbol/totalSupply/decimals.
New fields (null on RPC failure, feed never blocks): token_name, token_symbol, token_supply (raw int as string), token_decimals, dupname (bool), dup_known_since (unix).
- kitfast.jsonl (kitfast), v4tape pools.jsonl, v2feed pairs.jsonl. Same mirrors on main (a1pull@kitfast/@v4pools/@v2pairs). Not in kitlive.jsonl (slow copy), h3000.jsonl.
- dupname = an earlier token (other address, strictly earlier block time) with the same lowercase name in the prior 48 h, from /opt/sw/tokmeta.db (all three feeds share it, names seen since 19:36 UTC 9 Oct).
- CAVEAT: history starts at dup_known_since; dupname=false is only reliable from 21:36 UTC 11 Oct. Before that false may be "not seen yet". Only rows from 19:36 UTC 9 Oct on carry the fields; no backfill (past names: fw/a1-names.csv.gz).
- v2feed already had name/symbol/decimals (#199); now via tokmeta + supply + dupname.
Backups *.bak-268 next to each script. Services restarted and active (v4tape resumes from hb block).
