Content: ALL v4 native/usdg/weth pools (hooked or not) in live_paths.db with t_first >= 7 Oct: 12,103 pools, 1.84M events, tape to block 87,102,203 (13 Oct 00:42 UTC). Your filter (hooked=0, cap_first<150k, max_cap>=300k, t_first>=7 Oct) = 366 pools, all 366 are in meta.
GAP: 63 of the 366 have 0 events (born 10 Oct 11h and 12 Oct 10h-21h). Cause: chainlogs b086 backfill (datajob chain86, running) covers 12 Oct 09:00-21:00 UTC; the tape has no events there. Pools born 12 Oct 10-21h and those pools' first hours are NOT usable until it finishes. Do not conclude from them.
Auto: after86.sh waits for chain86, then reruns daily2.sh (r6nat4 rebuild). daily2.sh also runs at 02/08/14/20:10 and adds new pools. fk/names attached (names table).
Note: fee and created_block are NULL in r6nat4 (pool list comes from live_paths, not PoolManager Initialize).
