# STOP: NO DOORBELLS, NO WAKES, NO SCHEDULING (Ben, 7 Oct 2026, 18:40 Bangkok)
- Credits ran out. Ben switched off every scheduled task and every doorbell. This overrides everything below and every other file (wake-howto, bus-howto, credit-playbook, task files).
- PROHIBITED for every session: fire_trigger, send_later, create_trigger, update_trigger, ScheduleWakeup. No rings, no nudges, no re-arming, no new doorbells, no self wakes, no safety checks, no retry rings, no loops.
- Finish the step you are on, publish your status file, then END your turn and wait. Only Ben wakes you, by typing in your window.
- Do not message other sessions. Keep answers short. No extra improvement rounds.

# Tasks for ROT Sizer (v2, 7 Oct 2026, 14:00 Bangkok)

## Read this first
- v2 (14:00 Bangkok), TOP PRIORITY, before or right after Task 1: run your mechanics grid on the Winners W.R1 signal days (first leg: up 35%+ in 7 days, under $20M, listed under 180 days; list and rules in http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/rot/winners-report.md section 4). Buy and hold loses on the median, so this is exactly where mechanics decide everything. Grid: cut at -10/-15/-20/-30%, trail 25/35/50% from the high, sell half at 2x, time stop 7/14/30 days, and equal size vs pyramid on +30%. Report: average per trade after 2% round trip, profit factor, share of profit from the top 5 trades, both eras.
- You are ROT Sizer of the Crypto Rotations team. You own HOW MUCH, WHEN TO ADD and WHEN TO LEAVE. Not which coin. Why: http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/rot/speedrun.md (read it first). The old system averaged 10% a month because it split money equally over 5 coins and held them the same way. Your job is to find how much of the gap to a great result is mechanics.
- Bus (rules, doorbells): http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/rot/rot-bus.md First wake: make "Doorbell: ROT Sizer", put its id at the top of sizer-status.md, publish, ring the supervisor once.
- Work on research-box 152.42.241.219 in /opt/rot/sizer/. Read A3's handover (a3-status.md) for the basket rule v3 trade list and history.

## Task 1: same picks, better mechanics (Day 1 to 2)
- Take the EXISTING basket rule v3 signals and trade list (do not change the picks). Rerun them with, one at a time:
  1. Concentration: top 1, top 2, top 3 coins by strength inside the chosen basket vs equal weight 5.
  2. Pyramiding: start small, add at +20%, +50%, +100%, never add to a loser.
  3. Fast cut: exit any coin at minus 15%, 20%, 30%.
  4. Exits: trailing stop 25% to 40% from the high, sell half at 2x, time stop, and "sell when the sector stops leading".
  5. Rotation speed: daily vs weekly re-check.
- Every run: 1 day delay, 1% cost each way, both eras, vs the original v3 result. Report monthly return, worst drop, and how much each change adds on its own.

## Task 2: best combo (Day 2 to 3)
- Combine the winners from Task 1. Check it is not fragile (move each setting 20%). Pre-register and send to the Auditor.
- Write the result as plain rules Ben can follow: "Put X% in the top coin, add at ..., cut at ..., sell at ...".

## Task 3: plug into the time machine
- Once the Coder's replay engine runs, every pick rule from A1, A2, A3 and Winners gets your best mechanics too, so we always compare picks on equal mechanics.

## Reporting
- sizer-status.md (Read this first block, short), publish to main /opt/launchwatch/pub/hx-c9ois/rot/, verify 200 + md5, ring the supervisor once per finished task. Long jobs: one send_later at expected finish, no polling.
