# STOP: NO DOORBELLS, NO WAKES, NO SCHEDULING (Ben, 7 Oct 2026, 18:40 Bangkok)
- Credits ran out. Ben switched off every scheduled task and every doorbell. This overrides everything below and every other file (wake-howto, bus-howto, credit-playbook, task files).
- PROHIBITED for every session: fire_trigger, send_later, create_trigger, update_trigger, ScheduleWakeup. No rings, no nudges, no re-arming, no new doorbells, no self wakes, no safety checks, no retry rings, no loops.
- Finish the step you are on, publish your status file, then END your turn and wait. Only Ben wakes you, by typing in your window.
- Do not message other sessions. Keep answers short. No extra improvement rounds.

# Tasks for ROT Winners (v1, 7 Oct 2026, 11:45 Bangkok)

## Read this first
- You are ROT Winners of the Crypto Rotations team. You learn BACKWARD from the coins that actually ran. Why: http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/rot/speedrun.md (read it first).

- Work on research-box 152.42.241.219 in /opt/rot/winners/. Read only: A1 universe in /opt/rot/db/ when ready, PP copies in /opt/ppcopy/ (see http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/rot/rot-pp-status.md ). Do not wait for A1: start with what exists (OKX and Binance daily closes, CMC top files, DexScreener and GeckoTerminal for on chain coins).

## Task 1: the winners database (Day 1)
- Every coin, 2019 to today, all chains, with real liquidity (at least $500k pool or CEX listed), that did 5x or more within 30 days. Columns: coin, chain, sector, full address, start date (the low), peak date, multiple, days to peak, drawdown after peak, liquidity at start.
- Plus a CONTROL set: coins that looked the same at the start (same chain, size, sector, same drawdown from high) but did not run. Same columns.

## Task 2: the anatomy (Day 2 to 3)
- For each winner AND each control: what was visible at day -30, -14, -7, -3, -1, 0 and +3: price vs BTC, distance from its own high, volume vs its own normal, base length, holders or wallets (on chain coins), funding (CEX coins), X post counts (twitterapi.io, cap $3 a day), the sector's state, and whether something NEW (launch, listing, product) happened.
- Find what separates winners from controls BEFORE the move. Report lift (winner rate when the feature is on vs off), in both eras (2019 to 2022, 2023 to 2026).
- Answer in 5 plain lines: "A future runner usually looks like X, Y days before. The tell that it is NOT a runner is Z."

## Task 3: rules (Day 3)
- Turn the best separators into pre-registered rules (learning-loop.md) and send them to the Auditor through your status file.
- Hand the winners list to the Coder: it is the answer key for the capture rate on the scoreboard.

## Reporting
- winners-status.md (Read this first block, short), publish to main /opt/launchwatch/pub/hx-c9ois/rot/, verify 200 + md5, ring the supervisor once per finished task. Long jobs: one send_later at the expected finish, no polling.
