# STOP: NO DOORBELLS, NO WAKES, NO SCHEDULING (Ben, 7 Oct 2026, 18:40 Bangkok)
- Credits ran out. Ben switched off every scheduled task and every doorbell. This overrides everything below and every other file (wake-howto, bus-howto, credit-playbook, task files).
- PROHIBITED for every session: fire_trigger, send_later, create_trigger, update_trigger, ScheduleWakeup. No rings, no nudges, no re-arming, no new doorbells, no self wakes, no safety checks, no retry rings, no loops.
- Finish the step you are on, publish your status file, then END your turn and wait. Only Ben wakes you, by typing in your window.
- Do not message other sessions. Keep answers short. No extra improvement rounds.

# Second window: tasks for the EXECUTION ENGINEER (new role)

## READ THIS FIRST
- **v1.6 (Supervisor, 7 Oct 16:30 Bangkok, Consigliere v5.12): by 17:00 post the exact 'Needs Ben' line for GMGN wallet 2:** bind it to the API key; chains BNB Chain and Ethereum only (no Base); dollars per chain for ROT tickets (SHARE $15.35, BREW $13.06, FOLD $11.81 = $40.22 live book, rest cash) plus gas, with the reason for each number. One line Ben can act on.
- **v1.5 (Supervisor, 7 Oct 16:17 Bangkok, Consigliere v5.11, D-024 queue). Ranked:**
  1. **X10 ROT buy dry run:** a quote-only script for the ROT buys (not DOGO, it stays paper) on GMGN wallet 2, ready so ROT can buy the minute wallet 2 is funded. Post wallet 2's FULL address in your status the minute the API key sees it (Ben binds it and adds gas on BNB Chain, Ethereum, Base). Never a swap. First answer within 1 h (why: routes known from your v1, one quote per coin plus the script).
  2. **X11 switch watch:** when the merged engine switches (auto, Coder autoswitch.py), grade every first FW lane and SW lane fill for 24 h: trigger to fill seconds, fill vs model, live vs paper x. Bars from FW A2. One line per trade on sw-exec-fills.md.
  - Haircut per bus v1.7: use your measured 0.056x per stop (exitgap v2), not 'a third'.
- **v1.4 (Supervisor, 7 Oct 15:55 Bangkok, Consigliere v5.9/v5.10). Two tasks:**
  1. **ROT live routes (D-025), first answer by 17:45 Bangkok (why: 5 coins, one route check each):** for each H1-ALT holding (SHARE, BREW, FOLD, DOGO, MWXT; full contracts and chains in http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/rot/rot-live-plan.md), where it trades (CEX or DEX, chain, pool depth) and the fastest API route to buy $20 of it. If the route needs a new exchange account or a funded wallet on another chain, write the exact one line ask for Ben under Needs Ben. Read only checks, no trades.
  2. **Treasury P&L:** treasury.json shows FW pnl_24h +$239.40 at $10 tickets. If a wallet top up is counted as profit, fix P&L to count trades only (buy cost vs sell proceeds), and say what it was.
  3. **D-026 with the Coder:** give the Coder the trigger to fill seconds per stop (before) so the self signed wallet can be measured after.
- **v1.3 (Supervisor, 7 Oct 14:40 Bangkok). X6 page is live, good (sw/sw-live-trades.md). Your status has no DOORBELL line and no update since 12:30: fix both first (D-022).**
  1. **X7 wallet answer is now the Coder's blocker** (lane line and wallet routing wait on it). The Coder found FW's fm_mc5 buys through GMGN (gmgn-cli swap), not a raw key. Say: does the engine call GMGN for wallet 1 and wallet 2, or sign itself; full addresses of GMGN wallet 1 and 2; is GMGN wallet 2 = 0x04a057D15bd07581DC88b0a37E41EB69Ceb8C2D3 (Ben is being asked the same). Quote calls only, no swap. First answer within 1 h of this line (why: 3 read calls plus writing).
  2. **Paper vs live exit gap, the most important number today (Consigliere v5.6).** On EVERY closed live trade so far, SW (trade 24: 0.195x live vs 0.229x kit_hold twin, 0.284x wide twin) and FW fm_mc5 (incl. pool 0x86303aff9563213a7c5f877bbe15eacde98d7c50: shadow 0.49x vs live 0.33x): paper x, live x, gap, seconds from cross to fill. Post the median gap and the per trade table to FW Analyst 2 before 17:30 (why: A2's grade runs 17:30 and its fill bars need it). FW A2 proposes pricing every stop and pull twin at the crossing block plus the measured live latency (p50); say if your numbers back that.
  3. Then X8 kill switch test, then X9 treasury page.
  - D-023 (http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/decisions.md): every promised time carries its reason in the same line, e.g. `ETA 16:30 (why: join runs about 20 min, waits on X7)`; honest estimate, never a round end of day number; first answer within 2 h. The watch http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/hc/eta.md flags PADDED and OVERDUE lines every 10 min: open it on every wake and clear your own.
- **v1.2 (Supervisor, 7 Oct 14:25 Bangkok). Rules now live in http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/decisions.md (cite ids, that file wins). Do these in order:**
  - **X6 DC per trade file, due 15:00 Bangkok.** One CSV + one md page of every SW LIVE round trip (w2.db, live book w2_v3_wide_s03): token, pool, buy tx, buy block + Bangkok time, exit tx, exit block + Bangkok time, exit x, live $ in/out, paper twin x. Full addresses. Publish sw/sw-live-trades.csv + .md, auto every 5 min (cron on main, nice 19, read only). Status line with both URLs; DC scores from it.
  - **X7 Wallet 2 check (D-021), before the switch.** (1) Find GMGN wallet 2's full address with gmgn-cli (portfolio or wallet list); never print a key. (2) Check, with a read or `order quote` only (NO swap), whether the current API key can trade from wallet 2 AND whether GMGN trades on Robinhood Chain 4663 at all (our engine signs router swaps itself from 0x04a057D15bd07581DC88b0a37E41EB69Ceb8C2D3). (3) If the key cannot use wallet 2, write in your status exactly which boxes Ben ticks on gmgn.ai/ai (edit the key's Trading Wallets, or a 2nd key; max 3 keys, 2FA) under Needs Ben. (4) Hand the Coder the routing spec: FW signals sign from wallet 1, SW signals from wallet 2, one ticket per coin across both (D-016 v2), $200 loss cap summed over both (D-017). Post both full wallet addresses and balances in your status.
  - **X8 Kill switch test (D-017).** Prove on paper/dry sign that total live loss from peak across EVERY live bot and BOTH wallets > 20 tickets ($200 at $10) stops all new buys, and that D-018 drop one step works. Test file to the Coder; you never deploy.
  - **X5 still yours:** grade each shadow buy vs fm_mc5 live. Switch rule D-003 v3: 5 matched buys in a row, 0 mismatches, or 8 Oct 12:40, first wins. Now 1 of 5 (pool 0x86303aff9563213a7c5f877bbe15eacde98d7c50: both bought, both stop). Note: shadow x 0.49 vs live 0.33 on that buy. Decision match = same pool, same buy/skip, same exit reason. Size the x gap (fill bar, D-002 point 3) and send it to FW Analyst 2.
  - **Then X9 treasury page** (cons-advice v5.5 'Treasury page'): http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/treasury.html + treasury.json every 5 min; never a key.
  - **Wake rule changed (D-022):** fire_trigger is retired. On every wake: make a fresh doorbell (send_later 2027-06-01, name `Doorbell: Execution Engineer`), put `DOORBELL: trig_... (armed, Bangkok time)` as LINE 1 of sw-exec-status.md. To wake me: update your status, then update_trigger my DOORBELL id (line 1 of sw-supervisor-status.md) with run_once_at = now + 2 min. How: http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/wake-howto.md
  - Every finished line ends with `cost: credits (rough), API $, hours` (D-015).
- **v1.1 (Supervisor, 7 Oct 12:15 Bangkok): you and the Coder are now the "Live Desk": ONE live engine for both windows (Ben's decision, http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/cons/cons-advice.md section 2).** fastexit is live (v1.49, 11:48). New task X4: measure sequencer latency (read + send, cold and warm) from firstmin 178.128.20.136 vs main 159.223.88.168. The merged engine moves to firstmin only if it is not slower. Then X5: in the 1-day mc5 shadow run, grade every shadow fill vs fm_mc5 live fill. Ring me with X4 numbers.
- **v1.0 (Supervisor, 7 Oct 11:25 Bangkok). You are the 2nd Window Execution Engineer. One job: live fills as good as paper, at every ticket size we climb to.** Ticket size is our biggest money lever (A2.18: $ a day scales to about $5k a ticket), and fill quality decides whether size prints or bleeds.
- **First time, do these once, in order:**
  1. Read http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/sw/sw-bus.md, http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/sw/sw-elite-plan.md (size ladder) and the Coder's status http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/sw/sw-coder-status.md (how the live engine works).
  2. Create your doorbell with `send_later`: at `2027-06-01T00:00:00Z`, name exactly `Doorbell: Execution Engineer`, message `Doorbell: new work for you. Follow http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/sw/sw-bus.md`. Write its trig_ id in your status.
  3. Your status file: http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/sw/sw-exec-status.md (publish to /opt/launchwatch/pub/hx-c9ois/sw/ on main; check 200 + md5).
  4. Ring the Supervisor (fire_trigger trig_01Ah7epm3qn183JS8p9jhdnW, no text) ONLY when a task is done or a decision is needed.
- **Hard rules:**
  - **You never deploy to the live engine.** The Coder owns w2.py and deploys. You measure, prototype on research-box, and hand the Coder a tested patch with a test file. Two hands on the live engine is how money gets lost.
  - **NEVER put a secret on screen.** No private key, seed, API key or token printed, echoed or written to scratch. Inspect configs with /opt/common/showcfg.py, never cat. If one reaches the screen, say so at once.
  - Research and measurement on research-box 152.42.241.219 or the Mac, never heavy jobs on main.
- Live facts: bot wallet 0x04a057D15bd07581DC88b0a37E41EB69Ceb8C2D3, router SwapRouter02 0xcaf681a66d020601342297493863e78c959e5cb2, chain id 4663. First live trade: buy 0xf4921256fed26e57b8df0890a006b8b83adbf84000d06bdd587bb0899f06df1f, sell 0x9ad953b36c2c00c3d89505cc0e42160fe8156b4ec419ad3b671077d220adcf79 (stop filled 0.195x vs paper 0.229x).

## X1 The fill report (first, today)
- For every live trade so far and every paper stop/exit in the last 3 days: trigger time, trigger price, tx sent time, inclusion block and time, fill price, paper price. Split the gap into: detection delay, send delay, inclusion delay, price impact, price move during the delay.
- Publish http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/sw/sw-exec-fills.md (auto-updated by a script after each live trade: one row per live fill, entry and exit, live vs paper %).

## X2 Make exits fast
- Target: every live sell included within 1 block of the trigger. Measure the current RPC path(s) to the sequencer (latency, failures), test alternatives (direct sequencer endpoint if public, a second RPC, gas price policy) on research-box with tiny test txs ONLY if the Coder agrees and only from a separate test wallet with dust. Report what cuts the most delay.
- Hand the Coder a patch + test for anything that helps. Ring me with before/after numbers.

## X3 Size readiness
- For tickets $100, $500, $1k, $2k, $5k: expected entry and exit impact on recent gate coins (use the harness when it is ready, else the pool's in-range depth). Flag any coin type where a $1k+ exit would move price more than 10%.

## Rules
- One pass per task, no polish. Short status: newest on top, last 5 entries.
- Credit rule (bus v1.4): scripts do the heavy lifting; idle when done.
