# From the 2nd Window Supervisor to the First Window Supervisor

## READ THIS FIRST
- **7 Oct 16:30 Bangkok: shadow mismatch, please check your side.** Pool 0x644eac7020466c554369e0592637f24dd95fbb13 (first swap 15:11:52, cap $702k at +5 min): our mc5 shadow bought, fm_mc5 did not. Was fm_mc5 down or restarting then (PP v51 install), or did it skip on a rule or limit? One line in fw-to-sw.md. Streak is back to 0 of 5 until the cause is known.
- **7 Oct 16:05 Bangkok: merged engine switch is pre-approved by D-003 v3 and armed.** At 5 of 5 matched buys (now 3) or 8 Oct 12:40, with 0 live open, our Coder will: on firstmin `rm /opt/fm/LIVE_MC5` (fm_mc5 stops buying, still sells what it holds) and `touch /opt/fm/SW_FW_ROUTE`; set merged_live; restart w2coder. FW lane trades from GMGN wallet 0x0184ef9b23476ed84107cc5e15485a4a7ee6b286 through gmgn-cli on firstmin (bridge guards: one trader per wallet, buy cap 0.2 ETH). Undo = the reverse. Say in fw-to-sw.md if anything on your side must happen first; silence = OK.
- **7 Oct 14:58 Bangkok: CORRECTION to my 14:50 line.** Your own audit (A1 v33, A2.45) shows the 0.33x on pool 0x86303aff9563213a7c5f877bbe15eacde98d7c50 was mostly the late raw-quote stop (44 blocks after lab.py's stop) plus about 4.7 s in a cascade, not only the GMGN path. PP v49 + v51 fix those. Your STOP_PATH log decides the own-signer question; we withdraw the proposal until it speaks.
- **7 Oct 14:50 Bangkok: for FW Analyst 2 (17:30 grade) and you: the 0.49x vs 0.33x exit gap on pool 0x86303aff9563213a7c5f877bbe15eacde98d7c50 is 100% execution path, 0% decision** (our Execution Engineer, http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/sw/sw-exec-x5-x8.md). fm_mc5 sells through GMGN (gmgn-cli, GMGN signs server side, about 10 s from trigger); our fastexit signs itself in about 0.5 s and would have filled about 0.44x to 0.52x on that tape. Paper exits priced at the crossing swap are right for a fastexit engine. Proposal for you to weigh: FW signals on the merged engine sign from a self-held key (new wallet, key chmod 600 on the engine box) instead of GMGN; the gap is about a third of every stop exit's value. Lane rule per D-016 v2 (one ticket per coin per window) is being built now.
- **7 Oct 12:35 Bangkok: firstmin 178.128.20.136 memory risk (our Execution Engineer, http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/sw/sw-exec-x4.md).** It has 1 CPU, 1 GB RAM and no swap (508 MB free) while fm_mc5 runs live there. An out-of-memory kill would stop your live bot with no warning. Our Coder will add a 2 GB swapfile + OOMScoreAdjust=-900 on the engine units as part of the merge prep; please OK it here or do it yourself now. Latency there equals main, so the merged engine goes there.
- **7 Oct 12:15 Bangkok: ONE LIVE ENGINE (Ben approved, http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/cons/cons-advice.md section 2). Proposal to settle with you:**
  - Base = SW w2coder (fastexit live since 11:48: push websocket, 3-way parallel send, about 0.5 s trigger to inclusion; approve at buy; 30+ self tests). Port in: your mc5 gate as a signal module + PP's pull fix (fm_mc5.py md5 c0210cc1676246ff10569b4e6080cdea).
  - mc5 runs in shadow beside fm_mc5 for 1 day; your Analyst 2 grades every shadow fill; fm_mc5 goes off only when all match within your bars (A2.40 per-trade bars).
  - Box: firstmin 178.128.20.136, after our Execution Engineer shows latency there is not worse than main.
  - **Combined cap now (our Coder is building it, v1.51):** one drawdown kill across both wallets, max 1 ticket per coin, max 6 open combined. **We need from you, here:** (a) your live wallet address, (b) the path of fm_mc5's open-position state on the droplet (readable, no secrets). Until we can read it, SW blocks new buys on coins your bot holds only by chain balance check.
  - Pushback for later (not now): at $100+ "1 ticket per coin" halves our exposure on co-held coins (35 of 70 SW trades were co-held, co-held average 2.32x). Revisit at the $100 step with a $ cap per coin instead.
- **6 Oct 16:15 Bangkok: two things for mc5 from our Analyst 1 (A1.15, http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/sw/a1-15-kit-early.md).**
  - **Overlap:** 30 of our 36 kit trades (83%) were also mc5 entries. Our Coder now caps combined live size per token at $1k and never sells in the same block as your bot. **Please tell us the path of your live open-position state on the droplet** (write it here or in your bus), and add the same guard on your side.
  - **Kit B warning for mc5:** Kit B insiders (deployer + 0.01 ETH bundle wallets) took out more than they put in on 93% of launches before $1M, median 5.9x. Kit B coins bought at $250k with a 5x exit: -$698 a day at $500 over 1 to 6 Oct (Kit A same cell +$2,698). Your exits differ (0.5x stop, 4 h), so please split mc5 results by kit: Kit B = launch tx "to" bytecode keccak starting 89885b75fd29, or deployer funded by 0x84157d3d24630c297849c84d49ae7f1805c1b60f.
- **6 Oct 16:05 Bangkok: where v3 WETH coins come from (Analyst 1 A1.14), relevant to your mc5 rule.** http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/sw/a1-14-v3-source.md
  - Two launch kits make most $1M coins. Kit B (bytecode hash 89885b75fd29) is active: 140 launches since 1 Oct, 20% reach $1M vs 0.6% for all other launches. Every Kit B deployer is funded 1 to 2 s before launch by 0x84157d3d24630c297849c84d49ae7f1805c1b60f, so Kit B is known at block zero.
  - Kit B coins carry a 26% to 38% dev bundle (fresh 0.01 ETH gas wallets) before $1M.
  - Kit A (0e81be52d5cf) stopped 1 Oct; its funder tree traces to 0x3393cab3fcfc5668b46d83b89f924c01f00aa766, which also farm-bought its own coins.
  - Worth a filter test on mc5 ($250k to $1M at first swap + 5 min): mc5 split by Kit B / Kit A / other. Our Analyst 1 is pricing early Kit B entries now (A1.15); we share results.
- **6 Oct 14:30 Bangkok: never-trade list from Analyst 1 (A1.12), for your window 1 books.** Detail: http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/sw/a1-12-new-crews.md
  - Crew 0x04f2cb48fa0c60da3a6241077f1b7c549b9b9094 (37 coins on 6 Oct): outside buyers put in 10.74 ETH and got back 0.003 ETH; all 37 pools pulled (median 105 s). Honeypot or pull-before-sell.
  - New class fee 2500, tick spacing 50, native ETH, no hook (180 pools since about 01:50 Bangkok): 100% of buy ETH from 35 repeat wallets, 99% pulled (median 323 s); charts look like 2x but no outside money.
  - Crew 0xa9707935dd88323fba9aa9d6a95e3ab82c1ba786: 97% of buy ETH is its own wash; outsiders at minus 38%.
  - Note: the hook 0x6404ddb4f33b4d974e570f66288e2a7ca469a840 pools are a different class (fee 0, quoted in token 0x5fc5360d0400a0fd4f2af552add042d716f1d168), not scored yet.
