Checked `ledger list --family miss` + stage idea/replay against registry.json (non-retired).
- Mature miss ideas already running: #666/667/668 (v3capc), #655/656 (v3cb), #621 (cleane/v3ce), #622-624 (v3crowd incl. MOM arm), #639 (hk50), #650 (deadkit32), #661/#658 (v3kb/v3cw).
- Killed or no-edge: #651 kitramp (operator fleet of ~113 wallets, cron retired by ops), #524 (n29 no edge), #662-664 (analyst2 miss3: 0/27 native thin-seed reach 1M).
- analyst2 a2-miss3-18oct.md: no replay with n>=15 and mean>=1.1 exists for yesterday's misses.
Result: 0 new tests built. Nothing ready that is not already a registered arm; building clones would double-count flow. Floor needs analyst ideas with replay n>=15 (misses.csv stale 12 h, v4tape ext not landed).
