She’s a judge and jury all rolled into one. And its probably not the first time Judge Meredith A. Jury has heard that. Jury was reappointed to the U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, or BAP, in Riverside by the 9th Circuit Judicial Council Wednesday.
Jury has been a bankruptcy (BAP) judge since 2007.
She was initially appointed to a seven-year term. He current appointment is for a three-year term, according to the court.
She received her law degree from UCLA in 1976 and an undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder.
